bdcpm is an all-in-one web workspace for construction companies — measure quantities, estimate cost, plan the work, follow the site and keep clients informed, on one record per project.
| ITEM | CONCRETE (CFT) | FORMWORK (SFT) |
|---|---|---|
| PILE CAP / FOOTING | 4,344 | 2,834 |
| GRADE BEAM | 1,269 | 3,022 |
| FLOOR SLAB | 8,750 | 19,400 |
Quantities, costs, schedules, approvals and conversations live together, so every team member sees the same up-to-date project.
30+ modules — footing to finishes — with live calculation as you type.
Material, labour and totals per item, priced with project or PWD rates.
Planned vs actual, every activity, every week.
7 days before an activity starts, and when it is 15 days late.
The whole project team in one conversation.
Budgets, drawings and site forms approved online.
Free for everyone: the RAJUK FAR calculator for Dhaka, a scientific calculator and a construction unit converter.
From the first client request to the final handover — every step of a construction project has its own tool, and they all share the same project record.
Construction teams in Bangladesh still run projects on separate spreadsheets, paper schedules and phone calls. bdcpm brings requisition, design, quantity survey, budget, BoQ, site progress, billing and client approval into a single, connected web application — so every number comes from the same source.
bdcpm simplifies structural quantity surveying, material takeoff — concrete (CFT), formwork (SFT), rebar, masonry and finishes — cost estimation and multi-project tracking.
Plan design stages, submit drawings for review and get client approval with a signed record.
Measure once — 30+ QS modules, BBS and material takeoff in imperial or metric, priced with project or PWD rates.
Footing, pile, column, beam and slab quantities with bar bending schedules that stay in sync.
Master schedule, daily and monthly reports, site visits, RFA / RFI and material requisitions from the field.
Enter dimensions once; bdcpm calculates volumes, areas and materials.
The progress sheet watches every activity for you.
Work moves through assignment, delegation, review and client approval.
See the whole portfolio in one place.
Two automatic rules run on every master schedule, every day.
When a scheduled activity is 7 days from its start date, the assigned Site Engineer and Supervisor are notified to prepare labour, material and equipment.
If an activity is still pending more than 15 days after its planned date, it is flagged and escalated with high priority to the Head of Operations.
Safiqul Islam is an architect and a project manager by profession. He worked on the BRAC University campus project as Project Architect and Associate Project Manager, and led the National Stadium project as Project Manager for the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Across these projects he saw the same challenge again and again: drawings, quantities, budgets, schedules and approvals kept in different places, and valuable time lost bringing them together. bdcpm is his answer to that.
His focus is to help companies manage a project from the first requisition to the final handover — and keep everything organised in one place.
